Our story: still me castings

Still Me Castings was born from survival. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing a double mastectomy, I faced physical changes and a profound question: “Am I still me?” This journey shaped our mission.

Still me: transformed, not broken

Cancer doesn’t just remove tissue; it can shake your confidence, femininity, and sense of control. I experienced the surgeries, treatments, and emotional battles. Yet, amidst it all, I realized: I was still me. Not less, not broken, not erased—just transformed. Still Me Castings ensures other women never feel alone in that transformation. Every keepsake is proof of strength, a moment frozen in time, reminding us that scars tell stories of survival.

Reclaiming identity, celebrating strength

Beyond art, Still Me Castings restores identity. We want women to feel seen—truly seen—beyond scars, surgery, or fear. To leave feeling reclaimed, celebrated, safe, powerful, and beautiful in a profound way. This experience is about ownership, giving back control where cancer has taken it. This is your body, your timeline, your story, your strength.

Empathy by design: a survivor's touch

What makes Still Me Castings truly unique? It was founded by a breast cancer survivor. This isn’t a trend or a side craft; it’s an understanding of a journey lived. Every detail—the privacy, the lighting, the questions we ask, the emotional pacing—is crafted by someone who knows what it feels like to lose a part of your body and still fight to feel whole. That level of empathy cannot be taught; it can only be lived.

"Still Me Castings provided a space for healing and celebration. The artistry and empathy are truly unmatched."
